Black Face Project Pillow Talk is a series of pillows created, dyed, and sewn by artist h.m. Peavy™ and represent conversations Black women would have about their life experiences, tongues untied.

 These envelope-style pillows are reconstructed sections of an over-dyed kilim wool rug for the front cover and a linen cloth cover for the back. The seams are triple-stitched for durability, and the light and colorfast covers are machine washable.
